This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 09, 2009:
I need to learn to relax and know that everything will be okay. That I don't need to control everything. Just sit back and listen, answers will come, people will enter my life and nothing is stagnate.

Help

This can be very difficult for me to do as well. My neighbor offered recently the idea to not think backward or forward, think about this moment only. This is so freeing, but also such a challenge. Be still, I remind myself. I agree with you and encourage you to trust that answers will come.
“Be still, and know that I am God” Psalm 46:10
I have this same trouble. I have such a hard time being in a situation where I don’t have control and I just have to let things happen and realize it’s alright. Good luck to you :)
I have just started to meditate but it’s not going so well. How do you keep your mind still without thinking about ideas. Is there a trick to that!!! I also started to journal and writing things out seems to keep things in perspective and gives me an idea of what I should be doing first so I’m not wasting time. I would be interested in any good books anyone has read lately since my winters here are long. It’s snowing today and will be snowing for a couple more days. But I have decieded to go out and make a big snow man!! Just to celebrate winter and be in my moment.
